Each class performs on one day only – please check your confirmed day, above.

Please note that there will be no Stardust classes running at either studio on Saturday 21st November. Saturday students will go straight to the theatre for the rehearsal and show.

Reminders

• Come dressed in your costume with hair done in a high bun for ballet / a high ponytail for jazz, acro and tap. If your child is in multiple classes, please come ready in their first costume (ask us if you need).
• Here’s a bun tutorial (no stress if it doesn’t happen on the day!)
• Costumes will be provided in class in the weeks before the concert, and are yours to keep!
• Stage make-up is not required.
• Please pack a non-messy snack for your child to eat in their break between rehearsal and performance (no nuts please). Please also bring a named water bottle.
• Dancers will practice their routine on stage, then have their photo taken (group and individual). In between they will be entertained and cared for by group leaders. 
• Dancers will have a helper to follow on stage, so they do not need to worry about forgetting any choreography!
• As part of our Child Safe Policies, only registered volunteers may stay on site. We will have plenty of staff and volunteers, and we are very much used to running this event.
• You’ll have the opportunity to view and purchase the photos directly from the photographer, if you wish.
• Dance Intro & Twinkle Tots students do not participate formally in the concert, but may attend the photos at 10:30am. They also have the chance to dance on stage informally if they wish.

Parent Volunteers

Only registered volunteers may stay at the venue, so if you think your child might need some extra support or might find it challenging to be without you, we recommend volunteering. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you “kiss and drop” and let our expert staff handle the rest. We appreciate your understanding and support in making this a magical experience for all our dancers! This is designed as a fun, stress-free day. If you have a current Working With Children Check and would like to volunteer, please apply here no later than November 1st.

Concert Tickets

Tickets will be available to purchase on October 21st. 

Performing dancers do not require a ticket.
Siblings under the age of 5 don’t require a ticket as long as they’re seated on a lap.
If you have family members who require an accessible seat, please email us.
