This is such a beautiful studio, they made us feel very welcome for my daughters first session. She did ballet class and fit right in with the other kids. The teacher was lovely!

We started with our daughter last year. She loves to go every Friday, on the way home enthusiastically talks about the teachers and what she learned. The classes are fun, dynamic and didactic.The lead up to the annual concert was a great activity to our kid, as it taught her to show up, practice, overcome the initial nervous before stage, perform, enjoy the moment and feel proud afterwards.The whole team from reception to every single teacher is highly profesional, caring and refreshing

Spectacular! We love how you make it so easy for us. Everything is organized – you have all the costumes ready and dance wear when we need it. Classes are the best – we love Miss Chloe. She’s a very patient, calm and friendly teacher and she just knows how to work with kids. She’s special, that one! I wish I could channel come of her patience sometimes.💗💓💞💕

My daughter and I have loved being part of the Rain and Lucky community. She did Jazz at the Preston studio last year and is doing Musical Theatre this year. The teachers are friendly and supportive and she just has a blast. We had found it hard to find a sport that she loved before but dancing just gives her so much joy and energy. The studio is very easy to engage with and has a great parent portal. Fees are easy to understand and include costume and concert fees so there is not unexpected surprise costs or sewing. Classes include all levels from beginners to advanced ballet and are suitable and inclusive of all genders. Highly recommended!

All of the teachers at Rain & Lucky are the perfect combination of professional and patient. The dance studios themselves are bright and spacious; there is a kitchenette to make a cuppa while you wait at pickup time, two individual changing rooms and two toilets.Note that the building itself has been designed to be accessible for all abilities and ages.

We have had nothing short of an exceptional experience for our daughter at Rain and Lucky. The communication and organisation has been wonderful and the quality of lessons is excellent. My daughter and self both dance at R&L. It’s such a happy place that always never fails to brighten you up. All the staff are so dedicated and caring with outstanding support. It is one of my life’s best decisions!Update: Oct 21, So very supportive during our lockdown/s, always informed and working towards the future. Back in the studio this week….can’t wait!!

My daughter has been attending Rain & Lucky for 5 years. We have found Miss Rain and Miss Rachel to be very dedicated in providing the highest quality experience, skills and technique to all their students. Both of them are very professional and have immense experience which my daughter admires. She is inspired and motivated to achieve her best through dedicated yet fun lessons. Now she is working for Grade 3 Exam in Royal Academy of Dance and taking Pathway course to improve her technique and understanding of body and the dancing elements. She loves the course. We highly recommend Rain & Lucky to all!

My daughter loves learning ballet at Rain and Lucky. I’m so impressed by the professionalism and care take of her. Especially now that she’s getting ready to go en pointe I’m so pleased with all the extra attention to detail- eg getting a physiotherapist involved to check her technique is perfect before she’s allowed. It’s been a pleasure being part of the Rain & Lucky community. My daughter has been with Rain & Lucky for 4 years now and she has learned ballet from the best in a professional but fun and very well organised school. Aside from ballet, her teachers over the years have taught her many valuable skills that she will benefit from throughout her life. Etiquette, focus, body awareness and posture as well as all the physical benefits like fitness and flexibility. Above all, Rain is a wonderful mentor to Sunnie and someone who will surely be fondly thought about regardless of whether she pursues professional dancing or not.

This is my daughter’s 2rd dance studio. After a disappointing experience at her 1st studio, I was encouraged to call Miss Rain by a local school mum. Rain and Lucky is a fantastic dance studio with experienced, professional, dedicated and friendly staff. It’s has a wonderful culture….every student is treated with respect and encouraged to enjoy the experience of dance regardless of ability. Miss Rain and all her staff are truly amazing. They go way beyond their call of duty. I would encourage anyone of any ability wanting to experience dance to give Miss Rain a call.

My daughter joined the classes with Miss Rain in Term 3. It was a new group and Miss Rain was so nice at training my little one for three classes even if she was the only student. Giulia felt very welcome and is loving the class she then joined. Both Miss Rain and Miss Melissa have been wonderful teachers. Very kind but at the same time professional and inspiring. Thank you

Rain is a wonderful teacher; calm and patient with bunch of busy, chatty four year olds. My little one loves her Creative Dance lessons, and Miss Rain, and has learnt not only ballet but important lessons in listening, turn-taking and the benefits of practice and dedication in a fun, relaxed environment. As a dance teacher myself I was very particular about what I wanted in a school for my daughter. She joined Rain and Lucky’s Creative Dance class when she was 2.5. Being the youngest in the class I wasn’t sure how she would go following along, but the class is so fun and so well designed for this age group that she has a ball. Miss Rain is a calm and gentle teacher and manages the requirements of this age group brilliantly. You can see that her own passion for dance is translated into her older students as they perform with such presence and maturity already. Highly recommend this school.

Miss Rain has created the perfect balance of celebrating the joy of dance and the discipline required to learn techniques and grow. My daughter loves it so much – it is “proper ballet”, and such good fun. As the saying goes – there are shortcuts to happiness, and dancing is one of them.

My 4 year old attends the creative dance classes and they are delightful; there’s a gentle structure and pace and the teachers are warm and patient and clearly love working with the kids. There’s nothing over the top in terms of performance etc, it’s very focused on the kids and their learning. We absolutely love Rain & Lucky.

A beautifully inclusive dance school which my daughter absolutely loves. The girls and boys are encouraged to do their best without negativity and regardless of natural skill level which will always vary. The young ballet class manages to be a formal ballet lesson, teaching all the required technique, but above all dancing for the fun and love of dance.
