- Drop-off: via the Stage Door at the rear of the venue (Pascoe Vale Road). Here is a map, including parking info
- Pick-ups: in the foyer. We ask that one guardian only from each family collect their student. To ensure a smooth and safe dismissal process, students will be released in age groups.

- Only students with a signed Permission to Leave form will be allowed to leave during the break to purchase lunch. Students must still sign themselves in and out when leaving and returning.
- If students have a Rain & Lucky T-shirt or jacket, we ask that they wear it to the venue for rehearsals and during breaks.
- Emergency contact if you need it: 0483 948 744
Tickets:
- Tickets are available to purchase via this link.
- Please note that due to limited seating, there is currently a limit of 3 tickets per family in order to provide as many families as possible the opportunity to attend.
Costumes:
- Costumes will be provided to the students prior to the performance; please bring them to the venue (or arrive dressed in costume).
- BEFORE concert weekend, please triple check that you have your costume and dance shoes/tights, including anything stored in studio lockers – there will be nobody at the studio on the day of the Mid-Year Showcase if you forget anything.
- All costumes are provided to students on a hire-basis only in 2026; Please return your costumes to your studio front desk the following week after the performance. Fees will be incurred for any costumes not returned.
- In general, ballet classes require pink tights and all other classes require tan tights. Please ensure these are purchased in advance if you require new ones.
- A body stocking is recommended to wear underneath costume; these also allow students to change safely.
Hair and make-up:
- Stage make-up is required and students will need to do their own. Here’s a handy guide. If you have any questions regarding stage make-up, just reply to this email, we’re happy to help.
- Hair to be styled as per teacher’s advice, very neat and secure with plenty of gel/hairspray and bobby pins. Generally for all our performances it is: high bun for ballet/high ponytail for everything else, although some classes may differ.
- Students should arrive at the theatre with hair and make-up (except lipstick) already done; however if you need help, older students will be happy to help younger students if needed – please pack their hair kits and make-up.
- Lipstick can be applied just before performance time if needed (red lipstick only please).
